mailade en smula med Thunder Tiger och fick följande svar angående den krånglande motorn.
"The problem would not be the needle adjustment but the valve or the camshaft. Please examine first if the setting of the valve clearance is correct per the manual. If there is no problem with the valve clearance, we would suggest to adjust the camshaft next.
Regarding the steps of adjusting the camshaft, please aim the mark on the drive washer upward right in the middle first. Normally, the mark on the camshaft should aim at the above push rod now. However, as the mark was not marked correctly in a batch of F-75S at factory, we guess the mark leans a little to the right. If so, we would suggest to adjust the camshaft counterclockwise a little just one tooth. Hope you can understand what it means."
Jag svarade att jag redan kollat av ventilspelet så det är sannolikt kamaxeljustering som behövs och meddelade att jag ansåg att det uppenbarligen var ett fabrikationfel och fick då följande svar:
"We just supposed the issue would possibly come from the valve or camshaft according to your description and suggested to examine further. The issue has not been confirmed to be the camshaft yet. Even it is the camshaft, this is merely an adjusting problem, not to speak of the warranty."
